Taking photos of receiving sessions

When you receive POs and RMAs, you don’t always know what you are going to be getting.

When damaged products come to your door, keeping a record can be key to making sure you don’t pay for other people’s mistakes.

1. In Skustack you can take photos and attach them to your RMAs and POs by clicking on the icon “three dots in a column” and selecting Take Photo from the options.

2. This will open up your device’s camera and allow you to quickly save photos of damaged products to the related RMA or PO.
