Receiving a PO

In the Sellercloud modules we discussed how to build new Purchase orders.

  1. Once the PO has been sent to the vendor and you are ready to receive, go into your Skustack App and move over to the Receiving section.

  2. From here click the “search” icon to open the different ways you can search for the desired PO to receive. You can search using:

    1. A Purchase Order ID

    2. By Vendor Invoice ID

    3. By Tracking Number

    4. Or simply search All

  3. Once you have found your desired PO, click into your PO to begin the receiving session.

    1. Select or scan a product barcode to begin receiving the inventory into your receiving bin.

    2. Products that are expirable will require a lot number assigned at the time of receiving. Lot barcodes can be printed out from the Skustack App.

    3. Serialized products can require a serial scan to verify the products being received or to save serial numbers for future reference.

  4. Once the receiving session is completed, an email can be sent to the purchaser, notifying them that PO has been received.
