You can manage your Wholesale Customers in Sellercloud and build a Customer Profile to save their specific details.
To build a Wholesale Customer, we’ll go to our Customers Module and select “Manage Customers” from the drop-down menu.
In the “Manage Customers” page, click on the green “+” icon and select “Wholesale” from the two customer options.
Fill out the required fields like Company, Name, and Email, then click Save to create your Customer Profile.
You can find your Customer’s Profile on the “Manage Customers” page or by searching for them in the universal search bar.
Once the Wholesale Customer has been added, you can open their details page and start adding in the Customer Details.
You can save their address, set up Payment Terms and Credit Limits, and add the discounts you negotiate with your customers.
You can manage a customer’s orders in the Orders tab in the Toolbox.
You can save relevant Documents to the customer in the Documents tab in the toolbox.
You can manage Invoices in Sellercloud for Wholesale Customers as well.
To manage invoices in Sellercloud, select the Order ID from the Manage Orders page or search for the Wholesale Order in the universal search bar.
Once on the Order’s detailed page, use the dropdown on the Actions Menu on the top right and select Email Customer to email an invoice for the Wholesale Order to your customer.
You can set up Email Templates under Settings in the Email Module by selecting “Email Templates” from the drop down.
You can customize your wholesale invoices by Company by going to Settings, Companies, and using the Toolbox feature “Invoice Settings” once in the company you would like to build the invoice for.
You can also manage payments for your Wholesale Orders in Sellercloud.
To manage payments go to the desired Wholesale Order’s detailed page.
In the Toolbox, select “Payment” from the drop-down to open the “Payment” tab.
From here, you can set payment terms and review payment history for the desired Wholesale Order.
You can receive payments for this Wholesale Order on this screen by clicking on the credit card icon “Receive Payment,” which will bring you to where you can process a payment in Sellercloud.
