KitAssembly: Kit assembly refers to the process of transferring quantities from a kit component to a kit parent while grouping them until the bundle is fully assembled. Kit Assembly Work Orders, on the other hand, serve as comprehensive guidelines for the assembly process, providing clear “how-to” instructions to your warehouse staff. These work orders include a detailed list of the components required to create the kit and can be easily printed to PDF/Excel format for seamless distribution.

DisAssembly: The kit disassembly process entails breaking down kits into their components. When there is a need to take apart independent kits for any reason, the tasks can be efficiently assigned to your employees through Disassembly Work Orders. This method ensures that each disassembly is clearly defined and systematically distributed among your workforce, streamlining the overall inventory management.

FBA/WFS: Skustack’s FBA and WFS Work Orders enable you to effectively manage products that you intend to ship to either FBA or WFS fulfillment centers. With such tasks, you can methodically organize inventory designated for FBA/WFS by consolidating items into a dedicated destination bin. This approach streamlines your warehouse processes and helps you prepare inventory for your fulfillment partners.

Inventory Pull: Skustack’s Inventory Pull Work Orders allow you to prepare a list of products that need to be pulled from various bins into a single destination bin. These work orders enable you to consolidate and move your inventory in a custom manner unrelated to a specific order or customer. This means that items are picked from storage locations based on their availability and moved to a destination according to demand, rather than being assigned to a particular order. Grading: Implementing a grading system in Skustack allows you to effectively organize your inventory by item state. You can establish a categorization framework for your products according to their condition and use Work Orders of type Grading to sort them. If needed, you can also initiate potential Repairs for your graded units.

Repair: To avoid revenue loss, products in compromised condition (e.g. in damaged packaging, with missing parts, etc.) can undergo various maintenance activities to improve their state. In Skustack, Repair Work Orders can be created for such products to initiate and track required restoration tasks within a chosen time frame. The Repair Work Orders can contain custom instructions and their associated costs.
