Receive RMA

Not all orders go as planned and our customers want to make sure they are able to resell their returned items. In Skustack you can manage and receive returns back into your warehouse with ease.

1. Start by going over to the Receiving section in the Skustack App and select Receive RMA from the options.

2. From here, select the search option that you prefer:

   1. Search by RMA ID

   2. Search by Order ID

   3. Search by Tracking

   4. Search by OrderSourceRMAID

   5. Search by OrderSourceOrderID

   6. Search by All

3. Once you have the desired RMA you start scanning and receiving your products into your warehouse.

4. Serialized products can require a serial scan for fraud prevention.

5. By selecting the option Receive and Transfer, you can grade your returned products and transfer them into a conditioned SKU for resale at the same time.
