Creating Put Away Lists

Now that inventory has been received into your Warehouse, the next step is to start restocking your shelves using our PutAway tool.

There are two ways you can build PutAway lists using Skustack: Through the Management Page and With the Skustack App.

  1. Skustack Management Page:

    1. To build PutAway lists in the Skustack Management Page, go to the Transfer Module and select Manage PutAway Lists from the dropdown.

    2. Once in the Manage PutAway Lists page, click the “green plus” icon to open the Create New PutAway List Wizard.

    3. Name your PutAway or specify a worker, select the desired warehouse, choose a desired bin location to pull inventory from, select an interim bin, then choose between options:

      1. Select All Contents of Bin to Build List

      2. Add Items Manually

    4. If you choose the option “Add Items Manually” open the PutAway list from the Manage PutAway Lists page, click the “plus” icon in the “Products” box, and start to add products to your PutAway List.

  2. Skustack App:

    1. To create a PutAway list right from the Skustack App, go to the Transfers section on your device and click the “plus” icon to open the Create PutAway Wizard.

    2. Scan the bin you would like to pull products from and select an interim bin location.

    3. You can either:

      1. Select All Contents of Bin to Build List

      2. Add Items Manually

    4. If you choose the Add Items Manually option, you can start scanning products from the origin bin into the interim bin and build your PutAway List.
