Building Kits, Bundles, or Multipacks

Kits are digital SKUs that are used to relate multiple components (child SKUs) inventories together. There are multiple kit relationships depending on how you would like to calculate that inventory.

• “All Components” is the most common kit relationship. “All Components” will automatically calculate the available inventory for a kit based on the available inventory for the components that are used to build the kit. This is most commonly used when building kits to order.

• “Main Component” is very similar to “All Components” but will allow you to select certain components that are required to be in stock for that kit to be available for sale. This is most commonly used in bundles where certain components have longer lead or manufacturing times.

• “Independent Kits” are used when you pre-assemble a kit from existing component inventory in your warehouse, designating inventory for that kit. “Independent Kits” are most commonly used in the FBA Workflow & for light manufacturing.
