The Fulfillment Dashboard illustrates the overall order fulfillment. The report can be built by the current moment, or for a specific date range via setting the requested date range and selecting the respective company and channel filters.
The order fulfillment performance is determined by the date when that order is supposed to be shipped. See the Order Promise Date help article here for details on how this is set per channel.
The dashboard divides the fulfilled orders into those which were shipped on time, early, or later than the ship-by date.
