Sellercloud’s user interface was developed to build familiarity and create an environment that is easy to collaborate between departments.
There are 4 main modules in Sellercloud that act as the legs of your business.
Catalog: The Catalog module is Sellercloud’s PIM (product information management) solution. Here you will be able to communicate to your sales channels and use Sellercloud as a greater content database.
Inventory: The Inventory module is Sellercloud’s IMS (inventory management system) which is a multi warehouse software to track where your inventory is, where it’s going, and where it’s been.
Orders: The Orders module is Sellercloud’s OMS (order management system) which acts as the sales funnel for all of your orders. Here you can pick, pack, and fulfill orders that come in from your sales channels, create brand new orders manually, and manage the returns and refunds process.
Purchasing: The Purchasing module is Sellercloud’s solution for managing your purchasing and receiving needs. Connect your vendors, purchase new inventory, and reconcile vendor invoices for the PO’s you receive.
