FTP Connections

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. When no other options are available, channels are integrated using custom-made file import and export mapping profiles.

These profiles can support different features of the integration, such as:

• Order exports/imports

• Inventory exports/imports

• Tracking exports/imports

• Invoice exports/imports

Certain outside platforms can send and receive flat files like CSV or Excel using a shared mailbox called an FTP or SFTP server. Sellercloud can send and receive these files automatically using a Scheduled Task at whatever frequency you would like.
