Tracking

Tracking refers to the process of monitoring the whereabouts of a package as it is transported from the warehouse to the customer. This can be done using the tracking number on the shipping label.

Order tracking can be done by the sender, the recipient, or a third party, using various tools such as the carrier’s website, a tracking app, or a tracking number provided by the carrier.

Tracking information is usually updated in real-time and gives the status of the package, the estimated delivery date, and other information.

The tracking number can also be used to view the package’s progress through the shipping process, including the date and time it was picked up, when it was scanned at various points along the way, and when it was delivered.
