Now that we have our picklist, it’s time to start picking our orders. There are several picking methods to choose from when using the Skustack App.
Open up your Skustack App and scroll over to the Picklist section. Here you will see the different picking options you have.
Product Based
This is also commonly known as wave based picking. Product based picking is order agnostic and will provide a picking plan to pick all the products for all of the orders on that picklist into one large picking bin.
To pick products on a picklist click the “search” icon and select your desired search method.
Once in a picklist you can move over to the suggested bin location and start picking products from the bin.
Products that are picked are automatically moved into an interim picking bin until shipped out of the warehouse.
You can choose whether or not your team is required to scan bin barcodes, product labels, serial numbers, or lot codes.
From here your picking team will move over to a shipping station or a Skublox sorter wall to sort products to orders before packing and shipping out your orders.
Order Based Picking
Order Based Picking will generate a similar picklist, telling your warehouse worker the products and available locations to pick from.

Once a product has been picked, a list of orders will pop up, requiring your worker to assign the picked product to a related order.
With Order Based Picking, you can enable Ship to Print and automatically print a shipping label when using Shipbridge, after an order has fully been picked.
Kit Based Picking
Kit Based Picking will give your warehouse team a picklist of all of the Parent Kits that need to be picked for orders.
Clicking into the parent will show them components that need to be picked and the available locations.
Once components are picked, Skustack will prompt your warehouse team to assemble the kits for the related orders.
Pick to Light
Pick to light allows your team to pick and sort orders at the same time when using Skublox in your warehouse workflow.
Generate picklists with Products and available locations for your orders.
As your warehouse team scans products off the shelf, a prompt will appear telling them to place the product into a sorting slot for a related order.
Once the entire picklist has been picked, the fully sorted cart can be brought to the packing station to pack and ship orders.
When using Shipbridge, you can enable Ship to Print, which will automatically print a shipping label once an order has been fully sorted on a Pick to Light wall.
Credit Memo
Credit Memo is for when you need to ship items back to your vendor from a PO that was previously received.
Generate a picklist for a related credit memo, pick the products from your warehouse, and ship them back to your vendor.
Vendor Central Picklist
Sellercloud has a native Vendor Central Picklist for our wholesale customers that work with Amazon.
In the Vendor Central Picklist you can view your Vendor Central Shipments as picklists and pick products for your Vendor Central orders.
